Bypass or flyover will be constructed in Uttar Pradesh. It is estimated that Rs 1136.92 crore will be spent on this project. The project has been started to provide relief to 14 districts of Uttar Pradesh from the problem of traffic jam. The proposal of this project has been sent to the government through the Public Works Department(PWD).

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had given instructions to construct bypasses in the departmental review meeting held in October. In which proposals for construction of bypasses in 14 districts were prepared. Bypass and flyover will be constructed to provide relief to the people of Uttar Pradesh from traffic problems. Which will provide great convenience in traffic.

It is estimated that Rs 1136.92 crore will be spent for the construction of flyover on bypass.It has been told in the project that the construction of 1.4 km elevator road from Kasturba Gandhi Vidyalaya of Ring Road to Sarnath Railway Station Road at a cost of Rs 147.90 crore is also included in Varanasi. A 20 km long southern bypass will be constructed in Manipur at a cost of Rs 184.24 crore. A 9.8 km long bypass will be constructed at a cost of Rs 52.83 crore to connect Gonda Ayodhya road with Balrampur road in Gonda. A 9 km long bypass will be constructed at a cost of Rs 28.84 crore to connect Devapur to Bhatoli bridge in Mirzapur. A 9 km long bypass will be constructed to connect Moradabad and Dehradun in Bijnor.

Kosi bypass will be constructed at a cost of Rs 4.88 crore and will be built for 2 km. Four line pipe will be constructed which will be built for 1.7 km on India Nepal International Border in Siddharthnagar at a cost of Rs 35.6 crore. After getting permission for this project, the tender process will be started. This project also includes other things like many new projects have been approved for road construction in Uttar Pradesh. These include 13 km bypass in Bahraich at a cost of Rs 130 crore, 5.5 km bypass in Jalaun at a cost of Rs 25 crore, 18 km bypass in Ballia at a cost of Rs 185 crore and 0.64 km flyover in Aligarh at a cost of Rs 66.49 crore. Apart from this, 26.25 km bypass will be constructed in Etah at a cost of Rs 162.13 crore. After getting approval for these projects, the tender process will start. The Chief Minister said that the proposal will be taken through district representation and district administration and work will be done on it.
