A big step is taken by the government to improve the traffic system in Madhya Pradesh. A project to convert four-lane roads has been prepared to connect the roads of three districts of MP. The total length of this road is 44.80 km and it will be converted into four-lane roads. The work of converting the road connecting Bhopal to two other districts into four-lane is about to start.
The government has planned to widen the Bhopal to Vidisha road, for which permission has taken. With the completion of this project, people struggling with the problem of traffic jams in three districts of MP will get a lot of relief. The main road of all three districts will be converted into four-lane. It will become very easy to reach your destination.
In the 44th State Level Authoritative Committee meeting chaired by Chief Secretary Anurag Jain, permission was given under the Public-Private Partnership Project to prepare the four-lane project and in this project, it has been asked to include expressway-like bypass, service road, tourism in PM Dynamic Portal and to make arrangements for tourism near the Tropic of Cancer. So that the arrangement of not going there becomes better. Bhopal-Vidisha Road (SH-18) has been approved to be made 4-lane from 2-lane and ends at NH-146 at Sanchi-Salamatpur junction.
This decision was taken in the 44th State Level Authoritative Committee meeting, which was chaired by the Chief Secretary of the state Anurag Jain. MPRDC has proposed its construction. This project is very important for those three districts. The people there will have a lot of ease in traffic with this project and will get rid of the problem of road jam.
