Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Adityanath Yogi passed a bill to build 781 small bridges to ease traffic in different districts of the state. The Yogi government has talked about spending Rs 1443 crore to build these bridges. CM Yogi has taken a new initiative to increase the development of Uttar Pradesh. There is a good opportunity to take Uttar Pradesh towards development by building bridges.
The government, which is providing transport facilities to the people of Uttar Pradesh, is constructing 781 small bridges. Rs 1443 crore is being spent on this construction. The Public Works Department(PWD) of the government has finalized its action plan. Preparations for the construction of small bridges have been started under the leadership of the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.
After the signature of Chief Minister Adityanath Yogi, Rs 739 crore was saved. The Public Works Department(PWD) had earlier included the proposal to build 1,517 small bridges in the action plan. A proposal of Rs 2,182 crore was prepared for their construction. After the instructions, approval has not been received for the construction of 736 minor bridges to be built at a cost of Rs 739 crore. This work will be completed on the recommendation of the Public Works Department’s temporary birth representative and the district administration.
A work plan has been prepared for the construction of 781 minor bridges. The length of these minor bridges to be built on the slogan ‘Make a small river’ will be between 6 to 60 meters. 82 minor bridges will be constructed in Lucknow Zone, 66 in Ayodhya Zone, 64 in Gorakhpur Zone, 59 in Prayagraj Zone, 25 in Agra Zone, 34 in Aligarh Zone, 32 in Azamgarh Zone, 24 in Banda Zone, 47 in Bareilly Zone, 33 in Basti Zone, 57 in Gonda Zone, 24 in Jhansi Zone, 48 in Kanpur Zone, 47 in Meerut Zone, 32 in Mirzapur Zone, 36 in Moradabad Zone, 26 in Saharanpur Zone and 45 minor bridges will be constructed in Varanasi Zone. These bridges will be constructed in these areas of the state.
